Our company provides full architectural design service with our associate licensed architect, and design / build, estimating and construction capabilities from a experienced staff. We also provide complete construction services thru our associated Class A General Contracting Company that is solely owned and operated by our proprietor, having a Class A License in Virginia and Florida. Along with a BS degree in Civil Engineering and specialization in Geodetic engineering, we are able to provide complete site evaluations and secure all permits related to your project.

 

We have constructed Lindal Post and Beam houses for over 10 years and designed and built Lindals from 800 square feet to over 12,000 square feet.

 

Once you contact us, you have a one stop shop for a complete Lindal design/build experience. We will provide all your design, estimating/pricing, and construction for your project from start to finish. We are networked with quality suppliers to furnish products in the construction of your home which are coordinated by our construction team once your selections are completed.

 

We will be glad to supply a list of our previous Lindal clients for references and can schedule by appointment site visits to see their home if scheduled in a timely manner. You are welcome to see and converse with our past and present clients to ask questions about their Lindal Experience.

We can take a plan from our Living Dreams book and build it as you see or have our design professionals modify a plan, design a custom plan or take your own plan and convert it to our
Lindal product.
